Dobbs is an absolute steal for Butch Jones and the Volunteers.  Dobbs was born to play in a Butch Jones offense and that’s what led him to Tennessee.  He’s a dual threat quarterback that has good arm strength.  He can get the ball down the field, or make plays with his feet. He’ll need to add some bulk to his frame as he is a bit on the thin side.  Dobbs, a Georgia native, had been committed to Arizona State since last June. Flipping Dobbs from ASU may be one of the most underrated stories of the day.  Signing Dobbs is huge for the Volunteers and could be the quarterback of the future for the Vols.
