Foreman projects to be a cornerback, but could also line up at wide receiver. At the cornerback position he’ll add much needed depth. Foreman has a slight frame but plays bigger then he looks. He’s very quick and get to edges fast. Foreman was committed to Vanderbilt but decommitted and then committed to Tennessee in the same day. He also held offers from Kentucky and Chattanooga.
