Florida Gators point guard Scottie Wilbekin has been suspended indefinitely for a violation of team rules, the school announced via Twitter.

It’s the second suspension in less than a year for the rising senior. Head coach Billy Donovan suspended Wilbekin for three games at the beginning of last season for another undisclosed reason.

The Georgia Bulldogs have landed the commitment of in-state running back Nick Chubb. The consensus four-star recruit from Cedartown (Ga.) High School picked the Bulldogs over South Carolina, Auburn, Florida, and Tennessee in an announcement carried on a local FOX station.

Here’s what we can say with some certainty: A lady who goes by the name of @ThaSwagPrincess on Twitter stayed over at Crimson Tide quarterback AJ McCarron’s house this past weekend. She admitted as much to RadarOnline, at least.

And while we can’t say that AJ McCarron is definitely cheating on his bombshell girlfriend (and Brent Musberger’s natural Viagra) Katherine Webb, based on Margaret Wood’s tweets — some deleted, some still standing — and her interview, it looks that way.

Wood was in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and, as a “friend” of AJ’s, decided to get together with him. We’ll let RadarOnline’s report take it from there:

From ESPN

Alabama football coach Nick Saban wants to make sure the defending national champions take nothing for granted.

Saban said Tuesday during an Athens (Tenn.) Area Chamber of Commerce benefit dinner at Tennessee Wesleyan College that he recently showed his team a tape of James “Buster” Douglas’ stunning 1990 knockout of Mike Tyson as a warning to avoid complacency.

“You become the target,” said Saban, whose team is seeking its third straight BCS title and fourth in the past five years. “Everybody’s got our name circled. Everyone wants to beat us. You’ve got to get ready for that. When the game comes, everybody wants to win. Who prepared to win the game the right way?”
