Butch Jones’ relationship with Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra has been well documented by the Knoxville media.

"We started to build a relationship and that trust factor. We found out we believe in a lot of the same core values and principles about motivating and developing your team from a leadership standpoint. And then we just kept talking and talking. – Butch Jones, Go Vols Xtra"

As was mentioned in that same article, Jones was in attendance Thursday night for the Heat’s decisive game seven victory over the San Antonio Spurs.

While in attendance, with two of his sons, Jones took the time to post a few photos to his Twitter account.

Butch Jones wasn’t the only Tennessee coach in attendance. Defensive backs coach Willie Martinez also took in the game with his son.

It’s nice to see the relationship that Jones and Spoelstra have created, hopefully Butch can bring the Miami Heat coach to Rocky Top this fall to experience SEC football in front of 102,000 plus fans.

After all, a game at Neyland should be on everyone’s bucket list.
