Missouri has got off to a red-hot start this season.

Unfortunately for the Tigers, it’s been against less than stellar competition.

Missouri is coming off their first SEC win of the season, a 51-28 win at Vanderbilt. That should be enough to deem the Tigers a team that is legitimate.

How legitimate they are, however, is the question that will be answered when Missouri travels to Athens to take on the injury ravaged Georgia Bulldogs.

Georgia lost running back Keith Marshall and wide receiver Justin Scott-Wesley to season ending injuries, which were suffered last week against Tennessee.  Running back Todd Gurley is also considered doubtful for Saturday.

Despite all the injuries, and despite the fact that I think Missouri is for real, I just can’t see Missouri knocking off Georgia in Athens.
