Lady Vols Cruise To 81-65 Win Over #12 UNC

Two games on the road to start the season, including one against the #12 team in the nation?
Not a problem for Holly Warlick and the Lady Vols.
Tennessee improved to 2-0 on the young season after cruising to a 81-65 win over #12 UNC.
The Lady Vols took control of the game early, never looking back after Ariel Massengale drained a three to put Tennessee up 7-6 with just over 13 minutes remaining in the first half.
Massengale, who was 5-of-9 behind the arc, led the Lady Vols in scoring with 20 points. Isabelle Harrison added 14 points.
Tennessee shot 40% from the field, while holding the Tar Heels to just 30% shooting on the night.
UNC was led in scoring by Allisha Gray with 15 points.

The Lady Vols will make their 2013/14 debut at Thompson Boling Arena on Thursday night when they take on Chattanooga.
Chattanooga opened their season on Friday against Alabama, winning 82-70.
Tennessee and Chattanooga will tip off at 7:00 PM ET. The game will not be televised.
