The Tennessee Volunteers’ leading rusher in 2013, Rajion Neal, has been invited to the East-West Shrine game on January 18 in St. Petersburg, FL.
Neal, along with teammates James Stone and Zach Fulton, appears on the official roster as a member of the East team.
The running back from Fayetteville, GA led the Vols this past season with 1,124 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns. Neal averaged 5.2 yards a carry (the best of his career) and also caught 27 passes for 108 yards.
Dane Brugler, a draft scout with CBS Sports, currently has Neal as a late round selection in the upcoming NFL draft.
Neal signed with Thomas Sims of A3 Athletics shortly after Christmas. Sims is a former Vols defensive back.
