Nick Saban Is Tiny…..Like Elf Tiny

Let me preface this post with the following:

I respect Nick Saban. He’s one of the greatest coaches we’ll ever see. There’s really no way to deny that.

But he’s also undeniably tiny.

In the picture below, which was tweeted by Andrew Bone of Rivals, Saban looks as though he could be an extra in the movie elf.

Especially standing next to five-star wide receiver Malachi Dupre and Alabama offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin (it still feels weird to type that).

Dupre is listed at 6’2″ and Kiffin appears to be about the same height.

Saban is listed as 5’6″, which is about four inches shorter than the average American male.

However, Deadspin has theorized that Saban possibly wears shoe inserts.

Who knows if he does or not and to be honest Saban’s height really doesn’t matter.

But still, this picture looks beyond funny and that’s enough for me.
