The 2014 season will mark the second year of the Butch Jones era on Rocky Top and the Vols will once again have one of the toughest schedules in the nation.

Ten of the Vols’ 12 opponents in 2014 had a winning record in 2013 (Florida and Kentucky were the only teams with losing records last season).

Tennessee desperately needs to make it to a bowl game this upcoming season. The Vols haven’t played in the postseason since their disastrous overtime loss to North Carolina in the 2010 Music City Bowl.

But that will be a tall task this season with trips to Norman, Athens, Columbia and Oxford on the schedule.

Not to mention the Vols are replacing their entire starting offensive and defensive lines.

Suffice it to say, 6-6 would be a remarkable feat for Butch Jones and the Vols to accomplish this season.

We took the liberty of ranking Tennessee’s 2014 opponents and their chances of winning each game from very low to very high.
