Tennessee basketball hosts the Vanderbilt Commodores Wednesday night in a huge SEC game. Here is the Volunteers’ streaming, game time, and television info.

After getting back on track with a 20-point win over the Missouri Tigers this past Saturday, Tennessee basketball takes the court Wednesday with a rematch against the Vanderbilt Commodores.

The Vols beat Vanderbilt on the road by 12 earlier in the year, and this time they get the game at Thompson-Boling Arena. This is a game with huge NCAA Tournament implications for both teams, and the fact that it’s an in-state rivalry makes it even more crucial.

Rick Barnes’s team had lost three of four before beating Missouri over the weekend. One of those losses was a 25-point collapse against Kentucky, and in the other two they blew huge leads.

That makes this game more crucial than ever.

Here is all the information you need for the match-up.

Vanderbilt Commodores at Tennessee Volunteers

When: Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 6:30 p.m.

Where: Thompson Boling Arena; Knoxville, Tenn.

Tennessee basketball is currently ranked No. 52 in the RPI with its 15-12 record and No. 10 ranked strength of schedule.

Meanwhile, Vanderbilt is ranked No. 49 in the RPI with its No. 2 ranked strength of schedule and its 14-13 record.

So this game is a huge game with NCAA Tournament implications in terms of who will remain on the bubble.  With four games left in the season, this is a game the Vols almost have to win if they want a shot at reaching the Big Dance.
