Like the Derek Barnett sack, this wasn’t a play that altered the outcome of the game. UT was up 38-6 at the time over the Northwestern Wildcats. However, impressive plays against ranked teams also count, and this had that. UT needed a convincing blowout to secure a top 25 ranking in the Outback Bowl at 8-4.

That’s an impressive play alone, and the fact that it came against a ranked team in a bowl game means it earned a spot on this list. Berry had five touchdowns in his career with Rocky Top as a defensive player, and this was one of them.
