2013 SEC Tournament Bracket Set

With the completion of the regular season the 2013 SEC tournament bracket is set. The Tennessee Volunteers earned the number five seed, which entitles them to a first round bye. The Vol’s will take take on the winner of the South Carolina-Mississippi State game. Tennessee played each team once, beating Mississippi State 72-57 on January 19th, and winning at South Carolina 66-61 on February 10th.

Here’s the full schedule for the 2013 SEC tournament, which will be played at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN.

Game 1: Mississippi State 70 South Carolina 59

Game 2: Texas A&M 71 Auburn 62

March 14

Game 3: LSU 68 Georgia 63

Game 4: Tennessee 69 Mississippi State 53

Game 5: Vanderbilt 75 Arkansas 72

Game 6: Missouri 62 Texas A&M 50

March 15

Game 7: Florida 80 LSU 58

Game 8: Alabama 58 Tennessee 48

Game 9: Vanderbilt 64 Kentucky 48

Finals: Florida VS Alabama — 1:00 pm ABC

 

If the Vols make it past South Carolina /Mississipi State, then a game against Alabama awaits Tennessee. The Vols split the season-series against Alabama, losing in Tuscaloosa 68-65, then winning in Knoxville two weeks later 54-53.
