Johnnie Dixon is a four-star wide receiver that stands 5’10” and weighs 187 lbs. Dixon is from Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Dwyer) and is being heavily recruited.

Dixon was offered by Tennessee on November 30th, 2012 and has also received offers from schools such as Alabama, Florida, Miami, Notre Dame and Ohio State among others.

Dixon is the type of wide receiver that Butch Jones loves, he’s very quick and the prototypical size for the offensive scheme that Jones runs.

Our friends at All Coug’d Up recently dug a little deeper on Dixon and provided a breakdown of the young wide receiver.

"Dixon is a guy who is fast, agile, and has good hands. Dixon ran a 4.41 40-yard dash this past year and with another year of coaching I can only see him getting faster. When I was watching his film I noticed that he is able to get a quick start off the line making it easier to get by corners."
