Butch Jones On 104.5 The Zone

On Tuesday morning Tennessee Volunteers head football coach Butch Jones appeared on 104.5 the Zone in Nashville, here’s a few quotes from his radio interview.

Jones: We are starting to plan our training camp, one of the keys is to stimulate the players. We talk about traditions.

Jones: Football is nothing more than being able to handle sudden change. Our practice tries to simulate that every single day.

Jones:Our QBs need to be the leader of the football team. This summer is important for Nate and Justin. Have to make sure everyone is there.

Jones: The mark of a great QB is being able to get their ball to their 2nd or 3rd progression. They must master finding different options.

Jones: The SEC Network is a benefit to everyone in league, but for UT, we are a national brand. If family can’t be there live, they can watch.

If you’re a Vols fans it’s great to hear Butch Jones continuing to talk about the importance of tradition at Tennessee.

Jones also told the morning show to make sure they provide plenty of energy to get people through their Tuesday.

There’s no doubt, Butch Jones brings the energy.
