Will Da’Rick Rogers Make The Buffal Bills Final Roster?

Nov 19, 2011; Knoxville,TN, USA; Tennessee Volunteers wide receiver Da

Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com seems to think that Da’Rick Rogers is in good shape to make the Bill’s final roster.

I think among the undrafteds, Da’Rick Rogers and Nickell Robey have both put themselves in good position to land a roster spot, but it’s early and it’s still not real football. The two of them have not looked out of place in practice and have made plays regularly.

In my mind there’s no doubt that Rogers will make the Bill’s final 53 man roster.

In fact I still believe Rogers was one of the top three or four wide receivers available in the draft this year. Yes, I know he has some baggage and he’s a risk, but that doesn’t really factor into what he can do on the field.

Aside from on minor taunting incident, which really wasn’t a big deal, Rogers has had no issues whatsoever as a member of the Buffalo Bills.

With all that said, I believe the question that should be asked is not “Will Da’Rick Rogers make the Bill’s final roster?”, but rather “Will Da’Rick Rogers contend for a starting spot with the Bills?”.

Rogers has what it takes to be a pro-bowl caliber receiver in the NFL, hopefully the Bills don’t look at him as a typical undrafted free agent, but a player that’s capable of being a game-changer, because that’s exactly what he can be.

Tell us what you think.

Will Rogers make the Bills final roster?, Will he contend for a starting job? Comment below and let us know your thoughts.

Dumb question. Of course he makes the roster and as a starter or 1st off the bench! GO BILLS!!

I definitely think he’ll easily make the roster. I was surprised Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com even singled him out in that way.

zach, the surprise is chris brown. he is somewhat a biased opinion giver. he is so close to the Bills and its entity that partiality is sometimes hard to separate from truth and rumor. for the most part he maintains balance. at other times one can hear his homerisms, loud and clear. i try to keep the truth and the favoritism seperate, but like him it is hard to do. GO BILLS!!

Great when here at Tennessee. No reason for that to have changed.
