The Georgia Bulldogs have concocted the perfect recipe for a let down this Saturday against the Tennessee Volunteers.

Georgia is going on the road, after a huge win against LSU in Athens, with their star running back’s availability in question.

Mark Richt, the head coach of Georgia, was asked during the SEC weekly coaches teleconference how his team would guard against a let down.

Richt’s response indicated that although Tennessee and Neyland Stadium’s reputation has suffered on the national level, SEC coaches still have a high respect for the Vols.

"Richt: All I can tell you is we’re going to Knoxville, TN. You don’t have a let down against the University of Tennessee."

Richt knows what’s on the line in Saturday’s game and he understands the history and tradition at Tennessee.

As far as Georgia’s Todd Gurley goes, the dynamic running back has not practiced all week. Richt said “if he feels good enough to give it a go, we’ll let him.”

If Gurley can’t go on Saturday, the Bulldogs will go with Keith Marshall as the featured back. Richt said nothing in the scheme would change and he believes Marshall can be a “15-20 carry back.”

Tennessee and Georgia kick off at 3:30 om est on Saturday. The game will be televised nationally on CBS.
