It’s hard to believe, but tonight when the Tennessee Volunteers take the field against the Kentucky Wildcats it will be for the final time this season.

The first year of the Butch Jones era is nearly in the books and despite what you may think, it’ll be years before we can truly judge this season.

The Vols (4-7) had some high moments (beating #11 South Carolina) and some low moments (losing to Vanderbilt), but one thing is certain — the rebuilding process has started on Rocky Top.

Tonight’s game doesn’t hold any significance in the bowl picture, but it’s an important brick in the foundation of Vol football.

It’s also important for Kentucky (2-9), who is desperately trying to get first-year coach Mark Stoops his first SEC win.

Here’s all the information you need in advance of the matchup between the Vols and the Wildcats.
