The Tennessee Volunteers offered 2015 tight end Chris Clark on Friday.

Clark is a 6’6″/245 lb three-star tight end from Avon, CT. 247Sports rates him as the second best player in the state of Connecticut and the 17th best 2015 tight end.

The Vols currently have two tight ends signed to their 2014 class, four-star Daniel Helm and three-star Ethan Wolf. Both are already enrolled at Tennessee.

Clark has quite a few offers, including notable ones from Georgia, Ohio State, Miami and Virginia. His offer from Tennessee is his third from an SEC school (Vanderbilt being the other).

Clark’s highlights are pretty impressive (of course they are highlights). He shows good ball skills and a great blocking ability (check the 30 second and 40 second mark).

The Connecticut native would be a great addition to Tennessee’s 2015 class and I could see him being a four-star player by the time NSD comes around next year.
