The Tennessee Volunteers are in a very familiar position and it involves a bubble and the NCAA tournament.
The 2013-14 season is going down a similar path as last season, which ended with a first-round loss in the NIT.
The Vols (15-8, 6-4) don’t have a lot of room for error in their matchup against the #3 Florida Gators.
In the Vols’ previous matchup with the Gators (21-2, 10-0), Tennessee was held to to just 26% shooting in a 67-41 loss in Gainesville.
It won’t take much to improve on that performance, but the Vols will need more than just improved shooting to knock of the Gators.
