Von Pearson is the next big thing for the Vols.
If you don’t believe me, just check out his ridiculous one-handed catch in practice today.
It wasn’t long before the national media picked up on the incredible catch. ESPN’s @Sportscenter account tweeted out the video of the catch with the hashtag #SCtop10.
In case you were wondering, that was redshirt freshman Riley Ferguson throwing that pass to Pearson. Ferguson is currently battling Justin Worley, Nathan Peterman and Josh Dobbs for the starting job.
If Pearson keeps making plays like that, it won’t really matter who wins the starting job.
