Vols OL/DL Charles Mosley Involved In Car Accident

Incoming Tennessee freshman Charles Mosley was involved in a car accident on Sunday, according to multiple reports.

The extent of Mosley’s injuries have not yet been confirmed, though it’s speculated that he broke two bones in one of his legs.

Mosley is a 6’5″/374 lb defensive/offensive lineman that was rated as a four-star recruit coming out of high school in Brighton, TN.

If Mosley’s injuries are as serious as they sound, there’s a good chance he could miss the entire 2014 season.

The Tennessee native was expected to be a serious contender for playing time in 2014, thanks to the Vols’ mass exodus of defensive and offensive lineman.

Check back here for updates as they become available.

Mr. Mosley is in great care .. all is well and he has come out of his first surgery .. although he has to have another one one Wednesday to put the metal rod in .. his wonderful girlfriend (Heather John) has not left his side since he was airlifted to the med. Although he will most likely be out for this season he will return even stronger and better because he is a soldier … Charles strives for greatness and is excellent in everything he does .. i wish you the best of luck through your recovery and i am glad that your parents are safe.
