"A few weeks ago Tennessee basketball learned fifth year transfer Eric McKnight wouldn’t get a waiver to transfer to Tennessee, but coach Donnie Tyndall got better news on Thursday.Signee Detrick Mostella was cleared by the NCAA Clearinghouse on Thursday and is eligible this season as a freshman.Mostella was an Oklahoma State signee and a Pittsburgh commit before landing on Rocky Top."

"Eric McKnight was unable to get the waiver he needed to play immediately at Tennessee, but he has found a landing spot for his final season of college.McKnight will be heading to Long Beach State next season, according to a report from the Knoxville News Sentinel. A spokesperson for the 49ers could not confirm that McKnight had joined the program."
