The Tennessee Volunteers have gone through a full two weeks of fall football camp, and a handful of players have stood out among the rest so far. On the flip-side, some players who were expected to have a good camp have failed to live up to expectations and still have some work to do.

Now that head coach Butch Jones has named senior Justin Worley as the starting quarterback, all the other quarterbacks can be safely removed from this list. And while Worley has certainly shown what he can do this camp, he’ll not be on the list either.

The second week of fall camp saw a major improvement  in overall play from both sides of the ball, but especially on offense. The receivers and quarterbacks are finally starting to develop a rapport, and it’s given the offense more of a rhythm.

The defense, while improved overall, is hindered at times by the youth, especially in the secondary. The overall defensive speed has increased, and what players lack in knowledge of the playbook they can make up for with increased athleticism.

Here are some players who have impressed and some players who still need some work after the second week of fall camp for the Vols.
