Vols’ Personalized Letter To 5-Star DT Shy Tuttle

Being creative is a must and we’ve seen plenty of creativeness from coaches in recent years, including sending recruits hundreds of letters all in one day.

The Vols’ latest recruiting pitch to five-star stud defensive tackle Shy Tuttle isn’t the most creative recruiting letter we’ve ever seen, but judging from Tuttle’s comment, it was plenty effective.

Tuttle, from Lexington, NC, is set to announce his college decision on September 26. He’s expected to choose from Clemson, Miami, NC State, North Carolina and Tennessee.

The top rated player in the state of North Carolina played the first game of his senior season on Friday night and forced a fumble in his team’s win.
