Vols Recruiting: Matt Dotson Offered By Tennessee

2017 tight end Matt Dotson recently picked up an offer from the Tennessee Volunteers.

Dotson, 6’5″/220 lbs, is from Cincinnati, OH (Archbishop Moeller). He hasn’t been rated yet by 247Sports.
The Ohio native, who also holds an offer from Illinois, was in Knoxville this past weekend for Tennessee’s junior day.
Dotson also visited Ohio State in late January.
Butch Jones, as the former head coach at Cincinnati, obviously has very strong recruiting ties in the area. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised to see the Vols land Dotson.
