Somehow, in his hectic schedule of practices, classes and more practices, Ethan Bennett decided to channel his inner Pete Seeger.
(If you have to look Pete Seeger up, then you now understand how far music today has fallen. I don’t blame you, you might be a younger generation [if you are older than me and you don’t know who he is, then shame on you, no sugar coating your ignorance] and never knew any better. It isn’t your fault, but know that if you don’t change, you are going to continue to force brilliant musicians like Phil Collins into unnecessary retirements.)
Yeah…so, Ethan Bennett is impressive. Check out what he did at the South Carolina-UT game yesterday:
Bennett is the one in the Tennessee Baseball shirt, for those of us who lack context detective skills. And the other guy is his brother, Cody.
Other news from yesterday gives UT at least five television appearances on the season. Two will be ESPNU, two on CSS and the other on SportSouth.
ESPNU– 4/7 vs. S.C, and 4/19 vs. Miss. St.
CSS– 3/31 vs. Alabama, and 5/1 vs. Vanderbilt
SportSouth– 4/14 vs. Florida
While this is the minimum, note that if Tennessee gets hot early they can expect to get picked up on more games. Also, the SEC Tourney is televised, so if UT makes that you get more games.
