“The swamp” is considered one of the toughest places to play in the country. Because of the stadium’s design, fans are extremely close to the action on the field. The layout of the stadium creates an intense atmosphere for opponents. Florida’s stadium is know for hot humid games during the early part of the season. Other traditions include singing “We Are the Boys From Florida” at the end of the third quarter, and the gator chomp. The only thing that keeps Florida out of the top three is the lack of tradition and pageantry the top three posses.
