The 2014 Tennessee Volunteers recruiting class is beginning to take shape.
On Monday Neiko Creamer became the third Tennessee commit in as many days.
Creamer is a massive 6’4″/220 lb wide receiver from Bear, DE.
247Sports rates Creamer as a 3-star prospect. The wide receiver will give the Vols added depth to a position where they lost nearly all of their 2012 production. Creamer is expected to be a physical blocking receiver, something needed in a Butch Jones offense.
Creamer had grown close to Vol commits Todd Kelly JR and Vic Wharton, so his commitment was no surprise.
The Delaware native also holds offers from Boston College, Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple and West Virginia.
Creamer’s commitment now brings Tennessee total number of 2014 commits to four.
Butch Jones has some serious momentum going right now and it looks like Todd Kelly’s commitment could cause the snow-ball effect that Vol fans have been dreaming about. There’s several big name recruits out there that Jones, his staff and now his commits, are recruiting hard.
A few of those recruits that Tennessee would love to land are: Jalen Tabor, Jalen Hurd and Blaise Taylor among others.
We’ve been saying it constantly, but there really is a rejuvenated feeling on Rocky Top, and it doesn’t look like it’s about to let up anytime soon.
