Tennessee Volunteer from 2007-2010

Drafted with the 148th overall pick in the 5th round by the Oakland Raiders in 2011

Current Team: Oakland Raiders

Denarius Moore was drafted by the Raiders during the latter half of the 2011 NFL draft. Moore was not expected to contribute the way he did during his rookie season by any means. The Raiders roster was, and is still is by most accounts, loaded with wide receivers.

Quality over quantity, and the quality always overcomes.

In Moore’s second career game he recorded 146 yards on 5 catches, including a 50 yard touchdown reception. Moore also rushed for 25 yards in that game. The wide receiver from Tatum, TX finished his rookie season with 618 yards and 33 receptions, he also scored 5 touchdowns.

In 2012 Moore improved on his rookie campaign, finishing with 741 yards, 51 receptions and 7 touchdowns.

The young receiver definitely has a bright future as he goes into this third NFL season.
