It’s common place for recruits to release a top five, or even top ten list these days. While they can be excessive at times, they do provide good insight into what a recruit is thinking.
On Sunday five-star cornerback Adoree’ Jackson became the latest top recruit to release a top ten list.
As you can see the Vols made Jackson’s top ten.
Jackson, 5’11″/185, was offered by the Vols on February 16
The Gardena, CA (Junipero Serra) native has been offered by basically every big-named school you can imagine.
To spare ourselves from typing out his litany of offers, you can check his full list here.
It’s widely believed that Jackson is destined for USC, where his primary recruiter is Tee Martin.
Even if the Vols don’t make Jackson’s top five, fans of the Big Orange should be encouraged that Tennessee made his top ten. It just goes to show the far-reaching effect that Butch Jones has had on recruiting.
It also goes to show that the Vols can compete with anyone in the nation when it comes to recruiting.
