7.  Cedric Wilson (1997-2000)

Cedric Wilson had a tremendous career for the Vols.  He was a key contributor for the 1998 National Championship team during his sophomore season.  Wilson finished his career with 159 catches, 2,137 yards, and 24 touchdowns for the Big Orange.
