5.  Carl Pickens (1989-91)

Carl Pickens was an All-American receiver for the Vols in 1991.  That season, he had 49 receptions for 877 yards and five touchdowns.  Although his best season for Tennessee was the previous season in 1990, Pickens earned All-American recognition.  After his time with the Vols, Pickens went on to star for the Cincinnati Bengals.  He finished his time at Tennessee with with 109 catches, 1,875 yards, and 13 touchdowns.
