Three University of Tennessee football players have been revealed as SEC Media Day speakers, according to Jimmy Hyams of the Sports Animal in Knoxville.

Senior offensive lineman Ja’Wuan James is no stranger to SEC Media Days. James, along with Tyler Bray and Herman Lathers, represented Tennessee last July at the annual media days gathering.

The other two players that will represent the Vols this year, junior offensive lineman Antonio “Tiny” Richardson and senior defensive lineman Jacques Smith, have both emerged as leaders on a Vol squad that has a much different look from last season.

The Vols will likely receive a lot more attention this year, than they did last year.

Last year former head coach Derek Dooley was asked the least amount of questions during the main media sessions.

Les Miles was asked the most.

With a new head coach, and a lot of momentum, there will certainly be a lot of attention on new head coach Butch Jones and his Tennessee Volunteers.

SEC Media Days will be held July 16-18 in Hoover, AL.

The Vols are scheduled for July 17, during the late morning/early afternoon hours.
