The Vols will finish their conference schedule against Vanderbilt for the first time since 2000.

Tennessee was scheduled to finish the 2001 season against Vanderbilt, but finished against Florida in early December, after the game was pushed back to the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

The Volunteers will kick off their home-and-home series with the Oklahoma Sooners on September 13, when Tennessee will travel to Norman, OK.

Oklahoma will travel to Knoxville on September 12, 2015. Tennessee is 1-1 against the Sooners all-time. The two teams last met in 1968, an Oklahoma victory.

The Vols will again face a tough schedule, an annual right of passage in the SEC.

Tennessee faces a tough three-game stretch where they travel to Oklahoma and Georgia, before returning to Knoxville to play Florida. This is the first time since 1991 that the Volunteers are scheduled to play the Gators in October.

The Vols will face Alabama at home on October 25. Tennessee’s other match-up with the SEC West is a game with Ole Miss. The Volunteers will travel to the grove in Oxford, MS on October 18.
