If you want to the define the character of a man at a new job, the easiest way is to talk to folks from his previous job.
In the case of Butch Jones, he was an extremely revered man at the University of Cincinnati, evident by Cincinnati president Santa Ono’s well wishes to Jones in advance of the upcoming season.
