Former Tennessee Volunteers offensive lineman Jacques McClendon has signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
McClendon was originally drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2010 draft. The former Vol spent his rookie season with the Colts. He has since spent time with three different teams, including the Detroit Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers and most recently the Atlanta Falcons.
The Tennessee native has not actually played in an NFL game since his rookie season and will most likely be a “practice body” for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
McClendon started 26 games over four season with the Tennessee Volunteers, including all 13 games in his senior season.
