Mississippi State 28 Kentucky 22

What I said on Friday:

"Mississippi State isnt’ exactly tearing it up (although they did play Auburn tough), but they should cruise to victory at home against the woeful Wildcats. Mississippi State 24 Kentucky 7"

Mississippi State was able to shut the door on Kentucky, but they definitely didn’t “cruise to victory” like I suggested they would.

Kentucky is still a bad team, but a team that’s heading in the right direction under new head coach Mark Stoops.
