There’s always at least one bowl game, each season, that is recognized as an “instant classic”.
The game between Duke and Texas A&M would be that game.
Duke was able to not only hang with Texas A&M’s offense, but actually dominated them in the first half, leading 38-17 at halftime.
But then Johnny Manziel took over and led the Aggies to an improbable second half comeback. This was likely Manziel’s last collegiate game, as all indications are that he’ll declare for the NFL draft.
