The Tennessee coaching staff is using a nearly full 2014 class to their advantage this week, by focusing on some 2015 and 2016 guys.
Levonta Taylor, a 2016 ATH, was the recipient of some of that extra attention on Tuesday, receiving an offer from the Vols.
Taylor hasn’t been rated yet by 247Sports, but he’s considered to be a “stud DB” by the Rivals staff.

Taylor is a 5’10″/170 lb recruit from Ocean Lakes, VA (Ocean Lakes). According to 247Sports, he runs the 40 yard dash in 4.40 seconds.
In addition to Taylor’s offer from Tennessee, he also has offers from: Hawaii, Michigan State, NC State, North Carolina, Old Dominion, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.
Taylor attends the same school as 2015 Vol target Jaason Lewis. This isn’t the Vols’ first foray into Ocean Lakes High School, as former UT wide receiver Justin Hunter also attended school there.
