It’s only February and a lot will change between now and the start of the 2014 season, but we still want to take the time to look at how the Vols’ upcoming season might play out.

Tennessee will once again be faced with a daunting schedule that includes five teams in ESPN’s early top 25 and another team (Missouri) that nearly won the SEC in 2013.

The Vols’ desperately need to make a bowl game in 2014 for a lot of reasons, but perhaps none more important than fan support and recruiting.

Volunteer fans have grown tired of losing seasons. Even though Butch Jones has revitalized the program with his positive attitude and recruiting success, it won’t matter if the program doesn’t produce wins.

Those wins will be hard to come by in 2014, but a bowl game is definitely a possibility for the Vols.

Here’s how we see the season panning out for Tennessee.
