Florida @ Tennessee — October 4

Tennessee has not beat Florida since a freshmen by the name of Erik Ainge led the Vols to victory in 2004.

This could be finally be the year the streaks ends.

No one quite knows what to expect from the Gators this season. They started the 2013 season with promise, but as the injuries piled up they limped to a 4-8 finish, including a shocking loss at home to Georgia Southern.

Had Tennessee played Florida later in the season, they likely would’ve ended the streak last season.

But that wasn’t the case and the Vols lost 31-17 in Gainesville in a game that will be remembered by many Vol fans as the “Nathan Peterman experiment”.

I think the Vols’ biggest moment of the 2014 season will be beating Florida at home, on what will likely be a huge recruiting weekend.

Prediction: Vols win (3-2)
