The Tennessee Volunteers have made the NCAA Tournament as a 11 seed. They’ll play fellow 11 seed Iowa in a play-in game.

If the Vols advance past Iowa, they’ll play #6 seed UMass in Raleigh.

This is the first time the Vols have made the tournament since 2011 when Bruce Pearl was the head coach. The Vols were blown out by Michigan 75-45 that year.

Cuonzo Martin likely had to lead the Vols to the NCAA tournament this season in order to save his job and that’s exactly what he did. It wasn’t pretty at times this season, but the Vols finished strong and locked down a bid.

We’ll have much, much more on the Vols’ tournament draw later this evening!
