Donnie Tyndall’s first full day as the Tennessee Volunteers men’s head basketball coach is not going exactly as he planned.

First Larry Austin asked for a release from the program, then Jordan Cornish asked for his release.

Now you can add CJ Turman’s name to that list.

Turman is a 6’9″ three-star power forward from Madison, GA (Morgan County). He would’ve had a good opportunity to play at Tennessee this season with Jarnell Stokes and Jeronne Maymon gone from the program.

Tyndall, who now has five scholarships available this upcoming season, will have to scramble to put together a respectable group of signees for the 2014-15 season.
