Anytime there’s a coaching change, there will inevitably be some turnover in player personnel.
Such is the case with the Tennessee Volunteers and new head basketball coach Donnie Tyndall.
On Wednesday, Tyndall granted Tennessee signee Larry Austin a full release from his scholarship.
Austin is a 6’1″/165 lb three-star point guard from Springfield, IL. He signed his National Letter of Intent with Tennessee on March 1.
Tyndall has a lot of work in front of him in order to improve the Vols’ roster. He now has three open scholarships for this upcoming season.
