Ja’Wuan James — Offensive Tackle — 6’6″/318

What did he do at Tennessee:

  • Started all 49 games of his college career at right tackle
  • 2013 AP All-SEC second team
  • SEC offensive lineman of the week (December 2)
  • Invited to 2014 Senior Bowl

Projected round: Second round

Draft Projection: Miami Dolphins — Second round — 50th overall selection

The Miami Dolphins’ offensive line was a mess last season. Not only did they deal with the Richie Incognito/Jonathan Martin fiasco, but they also have to deal with the loss of starting left tackle Jake Long.

To say the least — it wasn’t pretty at times.

The Dolphins addressed the left tackle position with the addition of Branden Albert, but their options at right tackle are slim.

James proved to be a reliable option while at Tennessee. His extensive SEC experience makes him an attractive option for the Dolphins.
