Tennessee Football: Justin Martin Offered By Vols

Justin Martin, a 2015 JuCo defensive back from Nashville, TN, picked up an offer from the Vols on Tuesday.

Martin,6’2″/190 lbs, is a four-star cornerback who is currently enrolled at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M. 247Sports rates him as the top JuCo player in Oklahoma and the 14th best JuCo player in the nation.

So far, Martin only has three reported offers: Tennessee, Ole Miss and Memphis.

I would expect to see that number increase greatly in the coming months. Martin is clearly very talented and would immediately be an asset, if not a starter, for most teams.

The Vols should have the advantage here, considering Tennessee is his home state.

But as we mention time and time again with recruiting, nothing is ever certain, so Butch Jones and the Volunteer coaching staff will have to go all-in to try and lock Martin down.
