Mississippi State Bulldogs commit Anthony Hines III tweeted that he was offered by the Tennessee Volunteers on Tuesday.
Blessed to say that I've received an offer from the university of Tennessee today!!!! #GodisGreat #40 pic.twitter.com/z4SCEg7tiy

Hines is a 6’2″/218 lb 2017 outside-linebacker/running back from Plano, TX (Plano East). He committed to Mississippi State on October 12, 2013.
The Texas native has some impressive offers for a rising high school sophomore, including Clemson, Miami, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Texas A&M and UCLA.
Hines has yet to be rated by 247Sports, but judging by his offer list, he’ll at least be a four-star recruit.
It wouldn’t surprise me at all to see Hines flip from Mississippi State, but I doubt he flips to Tennessee. Oklahoma or Texas A&M seems like a much likelier destination.
