The Vols, who are consistently delivering on their promise to “own the state of Tennessee”, offered 2015 tight end Kyle Oliver on Thursday.

Oliver is a 6’5″/230 lb tight end from Murfreesboro, TN (Oakland). He is the high school teammate of Tennessee commit Jack Jones.
@_KyleTheSmile_ my teammate just got offered by Tennessee! Couldn't be more happy! Give some follows!

247Sports’ composite rankings have Oliver as the 19th best player in the state of Tennessee and the 20th best tight end in the nation.
The three-star recruit has notable offers from Kentucky, Louisville, Mississippi State and Ole Miss.
Oliver, much like Knoxville native Joc Bruce was recently, should be put on commit watch.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Oliver commit very, very soon. Especially with his teammate Jack Jones already committed to Tennessee.
Kyle Oliver is a versatile recruit that could end up being one of the sleepers in this 2015 recruiting class.
