9. Butch Jones Serves As Grand Marshal For Second Time At Bristol
Butch Jones is quickly building a close relationship with Bristol Motor Speedway.
Before the Tennessee head coach ever took the field at Neyland, he had already served as the grand marshal at Bristol.
A few months after serving as the grand marshal for the 2013 spring race, Jones was again at Bristol Motor Speedway. This time to announce a 2016 matchup between Tennessee and Virginia Tech at the famed speedway.
Jones and Beamer returned to Bristol this past March where they served as co-grand marshals.
Butch Jones has done a great job of getting Tennessee some national attention since taking over at Tennessee.
And that’s a great thing for recruiting.
