5. George Bullock — Kicker

Trust me, I already know. This doesn’t sound very exciting, but there is a legitimate kicker battle going on in Knoxville.

A lot of folks assumed that true freshman Aaron Medley would win the kicking job this fall.

Medley’s had a good camp, but Butch Jones has continued to say that Bullock is ahead in the kicking battle.

Even though Bullock may end up being the Vols’ kicker out of camp, I still think Medley will eventually be the guy.

If Bullock starts to struggle, it won’t be long before Medley takes over.

But if Bullock can be consistent, like he has been this fall, he could a big asset for the Vols.

And even if Medley surges in the final week of practice before the opener, it should still be Bullock handling kickoff duties.

Bullock is definitely a player that could have an impact on the Vols’ success this season.
